Summer 2010
Our range of flavoured biltong and droewors is doing exceptionally well.
Chilli Chutney biltong is now part and parcel of our range. We use Mrs Balls chutney with a sprinkling of chilli to produce a nice sticky, but finger licking good biltong with a little bite. We are selling the biltong vacuum-packed
in the shops due to the lovely mess it makes when slicing it.

Over the next few weeks we will be trying our hand at cabanossi, smoked ribs and kassler chops. Once we are happy with the results, you will find them on the site and in the shops.

If you have a small order, eg. Biltong and it is cheaper to send via Royal Mail we will do so. You will be refunded the difference in costs to your card. We don't make money on delivery charges.
